In June 2019, Vortex introduced their new series of high-end binoculars, <a href=\"https:\/\/vortexoptics.com\/binoculars\/razor-uhd-binoculars.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Vortex Razor UHD<\/strong><\/a>. These are now their flagship binoculars, thanks to some innovative features that are hidden in these products.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6195\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6195\" style=\"width: 1000px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6195\" src=\"https:\/\/www.optics-trade.eu\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Vortex-Razor-UHD-binoculars-1.jpg\" alt=\"Vortex Razor UHD binoculars\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6195\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Vortex Razor UHD binoculars<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"western\">Vortex Razor UHD binoculars<\/h2>\n<p>All <a href=\"https:\/\/www.optics-trade.eu\/en\/binoculars.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>binoculars<\/strong><\/a> in this series have a unique design \u2013 a housing nicely rounded from the ocular to the objective. This design is a consequence of using the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Abbe%E2%80%93Koenig_prism\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Abbe-Koenig<\/strong><\/a> prism system, which is, as we know, the most difficult to produce, but it offers the best image possible in binoculars. With these products, Vortex entered the premium market, in which are only a few producers, that offer binoculars with that prism system. Additionally, rubber armor protects the outer surfaces from damage, and it provides a better non-slip grip. On the bottom, a nice thumb rest is integrated, for an even better comfort when observing. They are made of metal and reinforced with rubber. On the right eyecup, the diopter adjustment ring is located. The true open hinge design adds to the ergonomics while decreasing the total weight of the products.
