About the Trijicon RMR mounting standard
Trijicon initially introduced this mounting standard with their RMR models, and since then, many others have adopted it. This standard is primarily seen on open reflex red dot sights similar in size to those using the Docter/Noblex standard. It’s characterized by two sockets located at the front of the mounting surface, one in each corner, where the pins on the adapter fit. Just a bit behind the middle section, there are two screw holes positioned to secure the sight firmly in place.

ADE Advanced Optics RD3-019 Stingray mounting standard
The ADE Advanced Optics RD3-019 Stingray comes with a modified version of the Trijicon RMR mounting standard. This variation includes two extra sockets, positioned one in each corner at the rear of the mounting surface. Additionally, these sockets are slightly smaller, measuring 0.1 mm less in diameter compared to those on the Trijicon RMR mounting standard. Despite these alterations, the ADE Advanced Optics RD3-019 Stingray remains compatible with mounts designed for the RMR mounting standard.
