So just to confirm, the RMS and RMSc have the same footprint? I'm trying to find the right plate for my optics-ready CZ P10c.

  They have the same mounting standard, meaning that the dimensions of the mounting components are the same (distances between screw holes, sockets, etc.) The footprint is a little bit different, the width and length don't match entirely. This is explained at the beginning of this article:
