Hello so On this list are these all compatible with the sig sauer m18? I was told there was only two sights that I can mount without a plate ? Is this true , I’m so confused lol
The Delta Point Pro is a direct fit on the M17/M18. It uses no plate, and you remove the factory slide plate/sight, and directly mount the Leupold Delta to the slide. It was built that way per military contract. You can buy mounting plates, that replace the factory plate/slide, then another sight could mount the new plate, which attaches to the slide. You would have the slide, with a plate, with the optic vs just the slide and optic. The Military liked the reliability, ease of battery changes with no tools in the field/combat, and accuracy of not having to remove or have a separate mounting plate.
Aftermarket sight makers would be smart to use the Shield/Leupold footprint.

As far as I know, M18 comes with a plate for Leupold Delta Point Pro - all the dots that share the same mounting standard should also fit.
Have an ADE Spike RDO and a Beretta APX Centurion, hopefully this actually adapts them to fit. Why they have to make so many damn different footprints idfk.
Will this co witness with the Springfield hellcat pro
According to the information I have, it should, but I would advise you to contact the firearm manufacturer and ask them directly.
Hi,
What's the front radius in the dpp footprint?
Thanks
Unfortunately, (at the moment) we do not have that information and the tools to make accurate measurements.
I just checked with my optical comparator. The radius is around 70mm.
Thank you for the information!
I think you got some info wrong, my dpp's mounts only have two studs sticking up not four like you show.
I even took one off to make sure....
Yes, some mounts only have 2 pins sticking out, but that does not change the fact that there are 4 sockets (recesses) in the mounting standard of the DPP. I hope I understood you correctly.
and they have 4 threaded screws holes so you can use the mount either way
Do you know of a plate that will allow you to use a DPP on a 407K X2 Footprint?
I had a slide cut for a Holosun 407K footprint and want to change optics..
Unfortunately, I do not know of such a plate.
