Kahles K328i 3.5-28×50

Kahles’ expansion of the K series

During our visit to the Kahles booth at Shot Show 2024, we discovered that they are extending their well-received K series of tactical riflescopes with the addition of the K328i 3.5-28×50. Kahles has placed a significant wager on this new 3.5-28×50 model, dedicating four years to its development. For Kahles, launching this riflescope marks the beginning of a new chapter, largely due to the substantial enhancement of the field of view. Continue reading to learn more.

Remarkable field of view

A remarkable innovation in the new K328i 3.5-28×50 is its field of view at 25x magnification, which is 40% larger compared to the K525i 5-25×56 model from Kahles at the same magnification level. Even more astonishing is that at 25x, the field of view of the 3.5-28×50 matches what the 5-25×56 offers at 18x magnification. In addition to this expanded field of view, the scope is designed with an exceptionally generous eye box.

The features of Kahles K328i 3.5–28×50

In line with what we’ve come to expect from Kahles, the optical quality of K328i is exceptionally high, which can be attributed to quality glass and superb coatings.

Kahles prides itself on offering customizable options to meet user preferences, a feature consistent across many models in the K series, as well as the new 3.5–28×50. Options for customization include the placement of the windage turret, which can be positioned on either the left or the right side according to the user’s preference.

The riflescope is available in either a standard (non-DLR) or a DLR (Dynamic Long Range) version, with the standard model featuring 16 Mils per turret revolution and the DLR version designed with 10 Mils per revolution for enhanced long-range capabilities. When adjusting either the elevation or windage turrets to their limits, the field of view remains clear without any shadowing effects. As expected of a high-end tactical scope, it comes equipped with a mechanical turn indicator on the elevation turret. Below it, you will find Kahles’ patented parallax wheel, which operates smoothly. Currently, the riflescope is offered with MIL click adjustments only and provides a choice among four Kahles’ popular reticle types: AMR, MSR2, SKMR+, and SKMR4+.
