About the Aimpoint Acro mounting standard

The mounting standard debuted in 2019 with the Aimpoint Acro series of enclosed reflex red dot sights, resembling the Picatinny mount to some extent. It features side grooves that attach to an adapter and a perpendicularly positioned recoil stopper, providing a secure connection.

Note: The measurements are given in millimeters. The distance between holes (sockets) is measured from the center of one hole (socket) to the center of another.

Steiner MPS and Vector Optics Frenzy Plus 1x18x20 each use a different variation of the mounting standard introduced with the Aimpoint Acro. The standard on both these sights maintains the same crucial features, like the grooves and the recoil stop in the same place and of roughly the same dimensions. As a result, these red dot sights can be mounted on adapters designed for Aimpoint Acro.
